Let's "Pony Up" for Team Tinkerbell!

I love every member of CATR's herd, but Tinkerbell is a very special lady!  Much like her namesake, this fairy-pony is dainty with a little spunk!  She is as loved for her personality as she is for her many talents.  

Like any good fairy, Tink grants wishes!  Whether it's vaulting students who "fly" or riding students making strides, Tinkerbell always helps her riders achieve something incredible.

I am so excited to raise money for Tink to be used by some of CATR's many therapeutic riding students, I know they will love her as much as I do.

Meet Tinkerbell

Tinkerbell is a Quarter Horse Paint mare born in 2002.  Before becoming a therapy horse she did a little bit of everything: english, western, jumping and more.  Now Tinkerbell has a special place in CATR's program.  She loves being our vaulting horse and doesn't need pixie dust to help our students fly!

At Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding, therapy horses like Tinkerbell are the foundation of our program.  Their forgiving temperaments, calm spirits and steady gaits bring joy, mobility and achievement to the children and adults with disabilities who ride at CATR.  For each of our students, a therapy horse can be one of their most meaningful companions, providing them with a uniquely rewarding and life-changing experience.  

We hope you will Pony Up for CATR!  A donation of just $25 gives a student the most valuable piece of their therapeutic riding lesson – a therapy horse!
