We are excited to announce that we have kicked off our first-ever Giddy Up for CATR Challenge Event! The purpose is to get moving while also supporting CATR’s Student Scholarship Program. Giddy Up for CATR is accompanied by an Online Auction and a Golf Cart Giveaway and culminates with an in-person hike and family day at CATR and a trail ride at Mullet Hall Equestrian Center on Saturday, May 1st.

It’s simple – all you do is sign up to participate, set a personal goal to engage in your favorite physical activity and encourage your friends and family to sign up too. Whether you walk around your neighborhood, run through the park, jog on a treadmill or go for a trail ride, it’s up to you! Map My Run is a great way to track your progress, and we invite you to share your milestones and fun activities on our Giddy Up for CATR Facebook page.

CATR has been challenged with a $20,000 matching gift! An anonymous donor has agreed to match every Giddy Up for CATR registration fee and donation dollar for dollar up to $20,000. Our goal is to reach 500 Giddy Up participants to raise $40,000 for our therapeutic riding programs. Please encourage your friends and family both near and far to Giddy Up for CATR alongside of you!
