Join Us For CATR's 7th Annual Pony Up Fall Fundraiser!

Bring the whole family for some fun at the farm!

Join us at the farm for Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding’s Pony Up Family Funfest on Saturday, October 21st from 3:00 to 6:00 pm! Kid-friendly games, photo booth, a cake trot, spin-to-win game with fabulous prizes, and the chance to WIN a new golf cart await! Enjoy a delicious dinner from the Foxes Fried Food Truck and dessert from King of Pops. Relax with a glass of wine, a Low Tide beer or a Tipsy Spritzer.

All proceeds benefit CATR’s talented herd of therapy horses! Our amazing equine partners provide the connection between our students, volunteers, and instructors, which is the core of all that we do.

About Us

Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding (CATR) empowers children and adults with disabilities to enjoy more active and fulfilling lives through therapeutic horsemanship. Since establishment in 1991, CATR’s purpose has been to provide quality therapeutic riding sessions. Seven Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.) certified instructors, 150 volunteers, and ten horses work together to serve over 150 students each year in a variety of specialized programs.

All of CATR’s programs provide an exceptional opportunity for individuals to move beyond their disabilities to find accomplishment through riding and interacting with horses.
